Description

The Process IC Fork features fully heat-treated chromoly tubing throughout with a 1pc. machined steerer tube with integrated bearing race for use with all 45×45 headsets and a 7000 series alloy compression bolt. The 6mm thick investment cast drop out and lower leg junction provide the ultimate strength while maintaining a clean look and the 20mm offset helps keep the front wheel under the rider for for more responsive steering.

Features

20mm offset for responsive steering. Keeps the front wheel under the rider, which makes the front end quicker to respond.
Fully heat-treated chromoly tubing. Heat treatment runs through the tubing rather than being limited to one section of the fork.
One-piece machined steerer tube. Machined from a single piece with an integrated bearing race, so it runs with all 45x45 headsets.
6mm investment cast dropouts. Thick cast dropouts and lower leg junction give strength at the axle while keeping a clean look.
7000 series alloy compression bolt. An alloy bolt handles headset preload without adding weight at the top of the steerer.
