The Fit Bike Co AM 16 Inch Forks are American-made, full-chromoly black bicycle forks with a metal steerer tube and open dropouts, displayed on a white background.

Description

The Fit AM16 fork was designed to run with the AM16 frame, but it will lift any 16 inch build. Full 4130 chromoly, made in the USA, light and strong with a short 1" offset for quick steering.

The legs are double butted and tapered, the dropouts are laser cut with a 3/8" slot, and the steerer is one piece CNC machined with an integrated race. There is room for 2.4" tyres and pegs, and the 160mm steerer is meant to be cut to length and run with a star nut.

Features

Full 4130 chromoly, made in USA. Double butted tapered legs and a one piece CNC machined steerer, 4Q baked after welding, so a little ripper cannot outgrow it.
Short 1" offset. 25.4mm of offset keeps the steering quick and the front end easy to throw around on a 16 inch bike.
Room for 2.4" tyres and pegs. Plenty of clearance to run a fat front tyre and front pegs without the fork legs getting in the way.
Laser cut 3/8" dropouts. Standard 3/8" slot takes the usual 16 inch front hub, cleanly cut and strong where the axle loads it.
Light at 0.8 kg. A 10.75" axle to crown height, 0.330" taller than a standard 16" fork, lifts the front end slightly without adding weight.
