Description
The FIT FLOW 20” isn’t just a trail bike—it’s a full-send machine for riders who live for high-speed lines, deep bowls, and dusty berms. Replacing the iconic TRL series, the new FLOW is FIT’s answer to modern dirt and transition riding. Whether you’re carving concrete or boosting through the woods, this rig has the geometry, parts, and attitude to keep up.

With a longer top tube (21" or 21.25") and a dialed trail-specific setup, the FLOW is built to feel stable at speed but responsive in the air. The 175mm tubular cranks and 30T sprocket deliver extra power for bigger jumps, while wide 2.4” FIT OEM tyres grip everything from loose dirt to slick bowls. Chainstay-mounted brakes keep things clean, and the full chromoly fork with tapered legs is ready to take a beating.

Up top, you’re looking at 8.7” rise bars, a FIT Pivotal seat, and long Tech flanged grips—because control matters when you’re going fast and sideways. FIT’s alloy Trail pedals round out the build with sharp traction and a no-BS feel underfoot.

If you’re a bigger rider or just want a bike that feels planted when things get loose, the FLOW is the move. Fast, capable, and built with true trail DNA.
