Description

The FIT Flow 20" is a full send machine for riders who live for high speed lines, deep bowls and dusty berms. Replacing the TRL series, it is FIT's answer to modern dirt and transition riding, whether you are carving concrete or boosting through the woods.

A longer top tube of 21" or 21.25" and a trail specific 74.5° head angle keep it stable at speed but responsive in the air. The 175mm tubular chromoly cranks and 30T sprocket deliver extra power for bigger jumps, wide 2.4" FIT OEM tyres grip loose dirt and slick bowls, and chainstay mounted brakes keep things clean. Up top are 8.7" rise bars, a FIT Pivotal seat and long Tech flanged grips.

Features
  • Built for dirt and transitions. The Flow replaces the TRL series as FIT's answer to modern trail riding, from deep bowls to dusty berms.
  • Longer 21" or 21.25" top tube. Trail specific geometry with a 74.5° head angle: stable at speed, still responsive once you are in the air.
  • 175mm cranks, 30T Saw sprocket. Tubular chromoly cranks and a bigger sprocket give you extra power for the run in to bigger jumps.
  • Wide 2.4" FIT OEM tyres. Grip on everything from loose dirt to slick bowls, backed by a full chromoly fork with tapered legs and 33mm offset.
  • Cockpit set up for control. 8.7" x 29" bars on a FIT top load stem with long Tech flanged grips, because control matters when you are going fast and sideways.

Assembly information

Your bike ships mostly assembled in the box. Finishing it takes most people 10 to 20 minutes with basic tools, and the video above walks through every step.

  • Fit the handlebars and line them up with the front wheel
  • Fit the front wheel, pedals and seat post
  • Check the brakes and tyre pressure before the first ride

Tools: Allen key set and a 15mm, 17mm or 19mm spanner for the pedals and axle nuts (bikes can vary between these three sizes). A socket is needed if installing pegs.

Top tube is measured from the centre of the seat tube to the centre of the head tube, so it is not the same as the length of the tube you can see.

  • A 20 inch bike is the standard adult BMX and most riders end up there, so do not size a tall child down to a smaller wheel.
  • 22, 24 and 26 inch bikes are adult bikes with a bigger wheel, not bigger frames for taller riders.
  • Size up for stability through trails and transitions. Size down if you want the bike quick and twitchy for spins and grinds.
  • Top tube is fixed, but stem length, fork offset and bar position all shift how roomy the bike feels once you are on it.
