Description

In celebration of 25 years, FIT Bikes presents the Nightwolf: a full chromoly rig built for all the Mike Aitken fans out there, or anyone looking for a top tier complete bike with aftermarket level spec and style. Fully sealed, three piece cranks and trail inspired geometry.

It is designed to ride everything, with a strong trails influence just like Mike himself, and it is FIT's flagship complete 20" bike. This very limited edition model comes in a 21" top tube only, with a 74.5° head angle, 175mm tubular chromoly cranks, a FIT Saw 30T sprocket and 2.4" tyres on double wall rims.

  • FIT's 25 year flagship complete. The Nightwolf marks 25 years of FIT Bikes with a full chromoly rig built in true Mike Aitken fashion.
  • Trail geometry, 74.5° head angle. Designed to ride everything with a strong trails influence, so it suits dirt jumps as readily as the park.
  • 100% chromoly frame, fork and bars. Tapered fork legs with 33mm offset and a welded insert, and 2 piece 9.25" x 30" bars on a FIT top load stem.
  • Sealed bearings front to back. A sealed mid bottom bracket, sealed front hub with female axle and a sealed 10T cassette rear hub keep it rolling.
  • Chainstay mounted U-brake. Low tension springs, a linear cable and a two finger lever, tucked out of the way where it will not catch.

Assembly information

Your bike ships mostly assembled in the box. Finishing it takes most people 10 to 20 minutes with basic tools, and the video above walks through every step.

  • Fit the handlebars and line them up with the front wheel
  • Fit the front wheel, pedals and seat post
  • Check the brakes and tyre pressure before the first ride

Tools: Allen key set and a 15mm, 17mm or 19mm spanner for the pedals and axle nuts (bikes can vary between these three sizes). A socket is needed if installing pegs.

  • 22, 24 and 26 inch bikes are adult bikes with a bigger wheel, not bigger frames for taller riders.
  • Size up for stability through trails and transitions. Size down if you want the bike quick and twitchy for spins and grinds.
  • Top tube is fixed, but stem length, fork offset and bar position all shift how roomy the bike feels once you are on it.
