The Fly Bikes Manual Lever Mini is a Junior BMX brake lever with a simple no barrel design. It includes an optional casing piece, allowing the brake cable to be installed directly, and features CNC brass bushings for smooth operation.

Description

This is the first brake lever designed from scratch with junior BMX riders in mind, made specifically for 16" and 18" setups. It is a properly scaled down Flybikes Manual lever, not a full size bracket with a shorter arm bolted on.

That matters, because a lever that does not fit smaller fingers gives less braking power and less control. The Manual Mini uses precision CNC brass bushings, a clamp made for easy removal and a refined shape in 6061-T6 aluminium, as part of Flybikes' aftermarket parts for junior bikes.
