Description


Bash guard BMX subculture" is a thing and the seeds for the Lineage Sport Bashguard were planted in 1992. In the here and now, this bike is designed to do everything it could then (and a lot of things it couldn't). All chromoly construction with a durable, replaceable nylon bash guard. A roomy 21" top tube length, hourglass mid BB shell, seatstay brake mounts and heat-treated chromoly forks are all ready for big riders to go big. The wheel set is era-correct and ready for action: Double wall rims, high flange hubs and 100PSI Haro HPF tires roll fast and stay tight. Bolt on Kneesaver bars, knurled alloy pegs and a collection of our Fusion parts line for a timeless BMX dream machine.

  • Replaceable nylon bash guard. A durable guard sits on the frame platform and can be swapped once it wears, so the bike keeps doing what it did in 1992.
  • All chromoly frame and fork. 100% chromoly frame with mid BB shell and integrated head tube, plus a heat-treated fork with internal brake cable routing.
  • Roomy 21" top tube. Built for bigger riders to go big, with seatstay brake mounts and Lineage cast dropouts with integrated chain tensioners.
  • Era-correct wheels, ready for action. Double wall rims, fully sealed high flange hubs and 100 psi Haro HPF 20 x 2.2" tyres roll fast and stay tight.
  • Bolt-on Kneesaver bars and pegs. 8.5" heat-treated butted chromoly Kneesaver bars, CNC alloy pegs and a CNC alloy gyro with Teflon bearing.

Assembly information

Your bike ships mostly assembled in the box. Finishing it takes most people 10 to 20 minutes with basic tools, and the video above walks through every step.

  • Fit the handlebars and line them up with the front wheel
  • Fit the front wheel, pedals and seat post
  • Check the brakes and tyre pressure before the first ride

Tools: Allen key set and a 15mm, 17mm or 19mm spanner for the pedals and axle nuts (bikes can vary between these three sizes). A socket is needed if installing pegs.
