Description

The Ikon Carbon 20 inch rims are some of the lightest and strongest BMX race rims available currently from any brand. Using a double walled T700 UD carbon fibre weave manufacturing technique, these rims are just 305 grams.

You only have to look across the gate of any UCI world cup round to see the dominance of carbon fibre rims. In fact you would be hard pressed to see any alloy rim these days at this level, or a national cup round here in Australia. The advantages are clear, the strength of these carbon rims means that they take a beating that alloy rims could never stand up to.

This version of the Ikon rim has a braking surface, they are also available without a braking surface here. 

Features

  • 25mm internal rim width. 32mm external and 25mm internal width at 25mm deep, sized for 20 x 1.50 and 1.75 inch tyres.
