Description

The Inspyre EVO range of bikes are gaining traction with racers both at the start of their BMX racing journey, to those that are giving it a red hot crack. This French brand knows a thing or two about designing race winning geometry, as well as bringing great value to race bikes in a competitive market.

The Inspyre Evo-C Disc Pro XL 2025 bikes are ready to race straight out of the box, at any level from a club night all the way to the national championships. With a suite of aftermarket parts from component brands like Pride (for the carbon forks) to Forward, SD and Tioga providing a mixture of bars, stem, cranks, hubs, rims and tyres.

The frame is manufactured from premium aluminium 6061-T6 with hydroformed tubes that are triple butted. The dropouts are swell forged 3D aluminium. What does this mean? The frame is comparable to any aftermarket frame, with the dialled in race geometry. Shimano hydraulic disc brakes help pull you up as you blaze over the finish line.

Over the past few years, the Inspyre EVO-C bikes have been one of our best selling race bikes across all sizes, from the junior right up and through the pro sized bikes, with the cruisers being super popular with mums and dads returning to racing.

Features

Pride Racing carbon fork. A Torayca T700 Matrix fork with a tapered 1-1/8" to 1.5" steerer sits in a Pride Racing tapered integrated headset on sealed bearings.
Shimano hydraulic disc brakes. The BL-MT401 lever and BR-MT410 post mount rear calliper run resin pads on a Forward 140mm rotor, ready for club night or nationals.
SD B85 175mm cranks. Two piece cranks on a 4-bolt 104 BCD 43T ring give a 53.54" gear through a KMC Z-1 chain and 16T chromoly cog.
Six pawl Joyride V2 rear hub. 150 engagement points mean the drive picks up quickly when you load the pedals out of the gate, on sealed bearings front and rear.
21.25" top tube race frame. Premium 6061-T6 aluminium, hydroformed and triple butted with swell forged 3D dropouts, sized for the Pro XL classes.

Assembly information

Your bike ships mostly assembled in the box. Finishing it takes most people 10 to 20 minutes with basic tools, and the video above walks through every step.

Fit the handlebars and line them up with the front wheel
Fit the front wheel, pedals and seat post
Check the brakes and tyre pressure before the first ride

Tools: Allen key set and a 15mm, 17mm or 19mm spanner for the pedals and axle nuts (bikes can vary between these three sizes). A socket is needed if installing pegs.

Heights overlap between classes on purpose. Where you land in two, a growing rider is usually better on the larger, and a rider who wants the bike to turn faster on the smaller. Some brands label the Pro size Pro L, with the same fit.

How to measure

Stand your rider against a wall in the shoes they ride in, heels flat, and mark the top of their head. Measure from the floor to the mark.

Between two sizes and still growing? Take the larger size.
Racing gates and wanting the bike to turn faster? Take the smaller size.
Top tube is the number that actually changes the fit, so compare it against the bike they ride now.
