Constructed from aerospace-grade Ti-6Al-4V with 6mm CNC-machined dropouts, this fork is designed to pair seamlessly with our ION Ti18 Frame — giving you a perfectly matched titanium platform that’s light, strong, and progression-ready.

With refined geometry, a raw titanium finish, and uncompromising weight savings, the Ti18 Fork sets a new standard for high-performance 18” freestyle bikes.

Features
  • Aerospace-grade Ti-6Al-4V titanium. The same precision and strength as ION's full-size titanium parts, sized for younger riders stepping up.
  • 600g fork weight. Uncompromising weight savings at the front of an 18 inch build, with a raw titanium finish.
  • 6mm CNC-machined dropouts. Machined to hold a 10mm axle square, so the front wheel sits where you set it.
  • Two dropout offsets. 25mm or 28mm, so you can tune how quickly the bike steers.
  • Pairs with the ION Ti18 Frame. Designed alongside the frame for a matched titanium platform that is light, strong and progression-ready.
