The ION Ti18 is a pure performance platform built for young riders who are ready to push harder, go faster, and ride longer. Crafted in an oxygen free/argon purged environment from certified aerospace-grade Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V titanium (headtube, bottom bracket, and dropouts) and Gr9 Ti-3Al-2.5V Titanium (tubing), the Ti18 delivers the perfect balance of stiffness, strength, and ultra-low weight—giving riders an edge whether they’re blasting transitions, hitting street lines, or carving dirt.

The geometry is all about control and progression. With an 18” top tube, 11.6” chainstay, and a steep 75° head tube angle, the Ti18 offers razor-sharp responsiveness while maintaining the stability needed for speed and flow. Titanium’s natural vibration-damping qualities reduce fatigue, letting riders stay locked in for longer sessions with maximum precision.

This isn’t just a smaller frame—it’s the future of BMX performance, scaled to perfection for the next generation.
