Description

ION TiXXII Titanium 22" Frame — precision engineering meets timeless craftsmanship.

Engineered from aerospace-grade titanium: Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V construction at critical stress points—head tube, bottom bracket, and dropouts—complemented by lightweight Gr9 Ti-3Al-2.5V tubing throughout. Total bike weight: 11.4 kg of uncompromising performance.

Geometry refined for mastery: 22" top tube, 74° head tube angle, 71° seat tube angle, 14.1" chainstay (slammed), 12" BB height, and 9" standover. Accommodates 22 x 2.2" tyres flush in the dropouts for seamless aesthetics and handling.

A limited-edition prototype paired with hand-selected premium components from Profile Racing, S&M, and Magura—each element chosen for its contribution to ride quality and longevity.

Advanced technical foundation: IS 140mm disc mount with integrated cable routing through the T47 BB shell.

The frame itself is currently in prototyping phase—a curated limited run showcasing refined engineering and attention to detail.

Assembly information

Your bike ships mostly assembled in the box. Finishing it takes most people 10 to 20 minutes with basic tools, and the video above walks through every step.

  • Fit the handlebars and line them up with the front wheel
  • Fit the front wheel, pedals and seat post
  • Check the brakes and tyre pressure before the first ride

Tools: Allen key set and a 15mm, 17mm or 19mm spanner for the pedals and axle nuts (bikes can vary between these three sizes). A socket is needed if installing pegs.
