The Lewis LV2 Flat Mount Disc Brake showcases, the best machining and production on the planet.
With an ultralight weight of only 199g, patented dual adjustment for lever reach and bite point, and 21mm x 2 stainless steel pistons, this brake offers precise and powerful braking force.
The upgraded hinged clamp makes for the most convenient clamping system, while the high-precision CNC machining technology and bearing pivots provide superior modulation and feel. Experience superior braking with this top-of-the-line brake.

Machined from 7075 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy as the raw material, and uses CNC high-precision cutting technology to ensure strength while achieving the ultimate lightweight.

The good mechanical performance of 7075 aluminum alloy can bring better rigid performance to the brakes. Under high pressure, there are fewer variables and the brake performance is more stable.

Features
  • Only 199g on the bike. An ultralight flat mount calliper cut from 7075 aerospace grade aluminium, so you gain stopping power without adding much weight.
  • Dual adjustment for reach and bite. Lever reach adjusts tool free and bite point with an Allen key, so you can set the feel you prefer.
  • Twin 21mm stainless pistons. Two 21mm stainless steel pistons give precise, powerful braking force, with bearing pivots for better modulation and feel.
  • Hinged clamp, dual oil ports. The upgraded hinged clamp makes fitting more convenient, and the dual oil port design makes bleeding easier.
  • Suits 120mm or 140mm rotors. Fits traditional flat mount frames and runs mineral oil only, with rotors and M5 flat mount bolts sold separately.
