Description

The Grafight XX is MKS's re-issue of the Grafight X, a 1982 smash hit and one of the earliest pedals on the market to use synthetic fibreglass resin. MKS proudly claimed that body was close to half the weight of an aluminium alloy pedal body while being twice as rigid and strong, and the reissue keeps the same reinforced plastic construction.

Underneath, it runs MKS's hand adjusted cup and cone bearing system with a labyrinth dust seal for water and dust proofing. The step area is double sized at 102mm wide by 87mm long, with 21 moulded protrusions in three shapes and a slight concave towards the centre to hold your foot in place. It is available with a 1/2 inch spindle.

Fibreglass resin body. MKS say the synthetic fibreglass resin body is nearly half the weight of an aluminium alloy body while being twice as rigid and strong.
Labyrinth dust seal. The seal keeps water and dust out of the bearings, so the pedal keeps spinning through wet and dusty rides.
21 moulded grip protrusions. Three shapes of protrusion across a slightly concave body give your foot a stable grip on the pedal.
Double sized step area. The 102mm by 87mm cage gives you a big platform underfoot, and the pair comes in at 440g.
