Pride has developed and released the Newton SX crank to compete with the world's best BMX race cranks, on the world's biggest stages! They are the result of Finite Element Analysis (FEA), a cutting-edge engineering process that simulates real-world forces and stress distribution to refine every design detail. This ensures unmatched performance in BMX Racing, where every watt of power counts.

In BMX racing, as in any performance sport that involves man and machine, there is a fine balance between lightness and strength. Parts light enough (especially rotating mass components like cranks) to give the rider an edge over their competitors, but strong enough to be both durable and able to withstand the big hits wrong things go wrong.

Fits BB86 and BSA. The 24mm heat treated chromoly spindle suits BB86 and BSA 68/73mm shells, so it drops into most race frames.
738g at 175mm. Among the lightest BMX cranksets going, and rotating mass is exactly where a racer picks up an edge.
Shaped by FEA. Finite Element Analysis simulated real world loads to cut weight, reduce lateral flex and keep the arms standing up to big cases.
