Description

The Primo Powerbite is back as a V3. It is a classic three piece alloy crank running a square 22mm chromoly spindle, so the steel does the work where the arms clamp on.

Both arms get pressed pedal inserts, which means the pedal threads are steel rather than raw alloy. Claimed weight for the set is 984g.

Features
  • Classic three piece alloy. Alloy arms on a chromoly spindle keep the weight down while the spindle handles the twist.
  • 22mm square spindle. A 22mm chromoly spindle with a square arm interface, so make sure your bottom bracket suits 22mm.
  • Pressed pedal inserts both sides. Steel inserts in each arm mean your pedal threads survive being wound in and out.
  • 984g for the set. Just under a kilo, which is a fair trade for alloy arms on a street build.
  • Hardware sizes listed. Spindle bolt is 11x1mm, pinch bolts are 8x1.25mm and the sprocket bolt is 10x1.5mm, handy when you need a spare.
