Suits frames with PF30 (46mm ID) bottom brackets.

Available for either 19mm or 22mm spindles.

The kit comes with two (2) cups, two (2) sealed bearings, one (1) cone, one (1) tube spacer, and three (3) varying flat washers.

19mm or 22mm spindle. Available for either spindle size, so you can match it to the cranks you are running.
Runs sealed bearings. Two sealed bearings come in the kit, so there are no loose balls to deal with at service time.
Everything in one kit. Two cups, two sealed bearings, one cone, one tube spacer and three flat washers are all included.
Washers to set spacing. The three flat washers vary in thickness so you can set the crank spacing to suit your frame.
