Description

The HF-2 cranks from Promax’s have been on the market for many years, with some slight revisions, these BMX race crank manufactured by this renowned US company are a popular option amongst those racers searching for a performance upgrade for their drivetrain.

With specs matching the their competition in this sector, the HF-2s are aimed at riders who are looking for a crank set that can take on the big side of the track and the gaps that come with that territory, and at riders who can throw down the big power numbers. 

Hollow-forged from 6061-T6 aluminium, both crank arms are hollow so they are super stiff, yet lightweight. The crank arms spin on a beefy 24 millimetre spindle permanently fitted into the drive-side arm.

Features
  • Hollow forged arms. Both arms are hollow forged from 6061-T6 aluminium, so they stay super stiff under big power without carrying the weight.
  • 24mm steel spindle. A beefy 24mm steel spindle is permanently fitted into the drive side arm for a solid right hand drive setup.
  • Four crank lengths. 172.5mm, 175mm, 177.5mm and 180mm, so you can match arm length to your size and your gearing.
  • Standard 104mm BCD. The usual race bolt pattern, so a 104 BCD chainring bolts straight on.
  • Check your shell first. These will not fit an English x 73mm bottom bracket shell, and the bottom bracket is sold separately.
