Description

The Asura Pro uses Radio's full chromoly aftermarket dirt jump frame as a base, then adds a pro level parts upgrade: a Manitou Circus Comp fork, a Tektro hydraulic disc brake and fully sealed Radio Pro Dj wheels.

Blasting the trails, sessioning the skatepark or heading out on street missions, the Asura Pro is a bike that might surprise you with how versatile it is.

  • Full chromoly dirt jump frame. The base is Radio's aftermarket 4130 CrMo Asura Pro frame, the same one riders buy on its own to build up.
  • Manitou Circus Comp fork, 100mm travel. A pro level fork gives the front end real travel for hard trail landings instead of the basic unit you often get on a complete.
  • Hydraulic rear disc brake. A Tektro HD-M275 hydraulic disc at the rear with an Aries mechanical up front, both on 160mm rotors, for strong and repeatable stopping.
  • Fully sealed Pro Dj wheels. Sealed bearing 32h hubs on double wall DB32 rims, with a sealed 10T cassette driver, so the wheels keep rolling through the rough stuff.
  • Versatile from trails to street. 170mm tubular CrMo cranks, a 25T Vision alloy sprocket and a padded Dj combo seat suit dirt, park and street equally.

Assembly information

Your bike ships mostly assembled in the box. Finishing it takes most people 10 to 20 minutes with basic tools, and the video above walks through every step.

  • Fit the handlebars and line them up with the front wheel
  • Fit the front wheel, pedals and seat post
  • Check the brakes and tyre pressure before the first ride

Tools: Allen key set and a 15mm, 17mm or 19mm spanner for the pedals and axle nuts (bikes can vary between these three sizes). A socket is needed if installing pegs.
