Description

Radio turned a few heads with the Dice line: super lightweight 6061-T6 alloy frames that let smaller riders learn on a lighter, more agile bike. The 14 inch Dice takes that idea down a size, with a full 6061 alloy frame and a Rookie 14 hi-ten fork with tapered legs.

A new 6061-T6 forged alloy 114mm crank drops more weight again, and the rest of the kit is sized for small riders: a 40mm top load stem, flangeless 110mm grips, and alloy levers for the front calliper and rear V-brake. On 2.0" Salt Tracer tyres and a cassette rear hub with a 10T driver, it comes in at 7.70 kg for the skatepark or the pump track.

Features
  • Light alloy frame for little riders. The Dice 14 runs a full 6061 alloy frame so a smaller rider is learning on a lighter, more agile bike.
  • Forged alloy 114mm cranks. New 6061-T6 forged alloy 3-piece cranks bring the weight down again, part of a 7.70 kg complete.
  • Front and rear brakes. An alloy Radio AM calliper up front and an AM-V V-brake at the rear, both on Junior 14 alloy levers sized for small hands.
  • Cassette rear hub, 25T sprocket. A semi-sealed alloy cassette hub with a 10T driver runs a 25T steel sprocket and a KMC S1 chain.
  • Skatepark and pump track ready. 2.0" Salt Tracer tyres on Radio Rookie rims, with a top load Junior stem and a Rookie combo seat.

Assembly information

Your bike ships mostly assembled in the box. Finishing it takes most people 10 to 20 minutes with basic tools, and the video above walks through every step.

  • Fit the handlebars and line them up with the front wheel
  • Fit the front wheel, pedals and seat post
  • Check the brakes and tyre pressure before the first ride

Tools: Allen key set and a 15mm, 17mm or 19mm spanner for the pedals and axle nuts (bikes can vary between these three sizes). A socket is needed if installing pegs.
