Description

Built for riders chasing pure speed, the Radio Raceline Quartz Pro Disc 24” is a lightweight cruiser weapon with a hydroformed alloy frame, race-ready geometry, and responsive disc braking. Premium Arise and Radio Raceline components keep it stiff, fast, and dialled from gate to finish line. Tubeless-ready rims, sealed hubs, and a full chromoly cockpit make this bike feel as sharp as it looks.

Features
  • Lightweight hydroformed alloy cruiser frame. The Quartz Disc frame in 6061-T6 alloy has a tapered head tube and sliding forged dropouts with internal chain tensioners.
  • Responsive disc braking. The Arise Xenon rear disc mounts flat to the frame, giving you sharp control from the gate to the finish line.
  • Tubeless ready rims, sealed hubs. Flash welded Arise Argon Pro rims run tubeless if you want, laced to fully sealed Arise Bravo hubs with a 6-pawl rear.
  • 180mm cold forged cranks. Arise Xenon Pro 2-piece cranks on a 24mm spindle drive a 44T sprocket into a sealed 16T cassette.
  • Full chromoly cockpit. A seamless 6" 4130 chromoly bar and CNC alloy Neon Pro toploader stem keep the front end stiff and dialled.

Assembly information

Your race bike ships mostly assembled in the box. Finishing it takes most people 10 to 20 minutes with basic tools, and the video above walks through every step.

  • Fit the handlebars and line them up with the front wheel
  • Fit the front wheel, pedals and seat post
  • Spin the rear wheel and check the rotor runs clear of the calliper
  • Check the brake and tyre pressure before the first ride

Disc brakes: keep your fingers off the rotor and pads, because oil from your skin contaminates the braking surface and takes the bite away. If the rotor rubs, loosen the two calliper bolts, squeeze the lever, then tighten them again with the lever held on. Bed the brake in with a few firm stops before you race it.

Tools: Allen key set and a 15mm spanner for the pedals. Check your axle hardware, since race bikes vary between bolt-on nuts and a thru-axle.
