Description

The Redline PL 26 is a new take on the classic BMX cruiser. Built to really be ridden, it pairs updated geometry with retro styling on a full chromoly Redline frame and fork that stay light without giving up strength.

Double wall rims on fully sealed aluminium hubs give you a wheelset you can ride all day, and the rear hub is flip-flop if you would rather run a smaller cog. Explore the city, cruise the neighbourhood, or hit the track for a few laps.

Features

Full chromoly frame and fork. Light but strong, with updated geometry and retro styling on a 26" cruiser that is built to really be ridden.
Wheels made for all day riding. Alloy double wall 36h rims on fully sealed aluminium hubs, running Vee Speedster 26 x 2.0 tyres.
Flip-flop rear hub. It comes with a 17t cog, and the flip-flop hub lets you fit a smaller one if you want a different gear.
Classic Flight cranks, 180mm. Dual pinch chromoly cranks in a chrome finish with a retro decal, turning a Proline alloy 39t sprocket in a sealed Euro bottom bracket.
Retro cockpit, modern brake. Chromoly bars at 7.5" rise and 28.5" wide, RL Pro Hex grips and a Tektro 926al linear brake.

Assembly information

Your bike ships mostly assembled in the box. Finishing it takes most people 10 to 20 minutes with basic tools, and the video above walks through every step.

Fit the handlebars and line them up with the front wheel
Fit the front wheel, pedals and seat post
Check the brakes and tyre pressure before the first ride

Tools: Allen key set and a 15mm, 17mm or 19mm spanner for the pedals and axle nuts (bikes can vary between these three sizes). A socket is needed if installing pegs.
