Description

The S&M Pitchfork in the 26" size: double butted 4130 chromoly legs, laser cut 4130 chromoly dropouts and a one piece CNC-machined 4130 chromoly crown with an extruded 6061 steerer tube insert.

Axle to crown is 425mm with 33mm of offset, the steerer tube is 203mm, and the whole fork weighs 1.31 kg. It is 4Q baked post-weld. Note that the 26" does not include the compression nut or bolt.

Features

Double butted 4130 chromoly legs. Butting puts the material where the load goes, which is how the fork stays at 1.31 kg.
One piece CNC-machined crown. Machined from 4130 chromoly with an extruded 6061 steerer tube insert, so the busiest part of the fork is one solid piece.
Laser cut 4130 dropouts. Chromoly dropouts cut clean, then 4Q baked post-weld along with the rest of the fork.
425mm axle to crown, 33mm offset. The 26" numbers to check against your frame before you start the build.
203mm steerer tube. M10 x 1.25 thread with a 6mm allen slot, though the 26" does not include the compression nut or bolt.
