Description

The SD-X Sniper cog is CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminium for BMX race use. It is compatible with SD Components Sniper hub bodies only: SD-X Sniper and SD-X Sniper HSX Pro, so check what driver your hub runs before you order.

It takes 1/2 x 3/32 inch chain to the BMX race standard and comes in 14 tooth through to 19 tooth. The enlarged 5mm contact width helps prevent wear on the hub, and the asymmetrical shoulder makes the cog reversible so you can line the chain up properly.

Features
  • Fits SD Sniper hubs only. It mounts to SD-X Sniper and SD-X Sniper HSX Pro hub bodies from SD Components, so it will not suit other drivers.
  • 14 to 19 tooth. Six tooth counts, so you can set your gearing where you want it for the track.
  • Reversible, asymmetrical shoulder. Flip the cog to line the chain up through your transmission and avoid any tension points.
  • Wide 5mm contact surface. The enlarged contact surface spreads load on the hub body, which helps prevent signs of wear.
  • 19 grams in 17 tooth. 7075-T6 aluminium keeps rotating weight right down, though it is not recommended for Pro or Elite riders.
