The Truss rim borrows from modern bridge design. Internal chambers handle compression as well as tension, giving a very rigid structure that transfers load from a single impact point across a considerably wider area.

It is a double walled, 38mm wide rim in heat treated 6061-T6 alloy with a welded seam and centreline spoke drilling. The spoke area is increased to limit spoke pull through and add structural integrity, so the rim keeps you rolling.

Bridge inspired internal chambers. The chambers are built to handle compression and tension, spreading load from one point across a wider area.
Increased spoke area. More material around the spoke holes limits spoke pull through and adds structural integrity.

Heat treated 6061-T6 alloy. Heat treated alloy with a welded seam makes for a stronger, more impact resistant rim.
