Description

The VVS is Matt Ray's signature sprocket for Shadow. He asked for something distinctive and functional, and it is made with a mixture of CNC machining and stamp forging so each process does what it does best.

It is manufactured from 5mm thick 7075-T6 alloy for strength and durability, with a combination of laser and screen print work for the finish. Teeth are 1/8 inch, flat and centred. The bore is 15/16 inch and 19mm and 22mm adaptors are included. Available in 25T and 28T.

Features

Matt Ray signature design. Shadow built the VVS to Matt Ray's brief for a sprocket that is distinctive and functional.
CNC and stamp forged. The mix of CNC machining and stamp forging takes advantage of both processes in the one sprocket.
5mm thick 7075-T6 alloy. Thick 7075-T6 alloy is used for strength and durability.
Fits 19mm and 22mm spindles. The 15/16 inch bore comes with 19mm and 22mm adaptors, so it suits common spindle sizes without buying extra parts.
1/8 inch flat teeth. Teeth are flat and centred for a standard 1/8 inch BMX chain, in 25T or 28T.
