Description

Skyway has been making composite nylon wheels for the bicycle industry for over 30 years, and the Tuff II carries the quality and strength that name is known for. This is the 24 inch rear wheel, sold on its own.

Precision sealed bearings keep it rolling smoothly, and it runs a 3/8 inch chromoly axle. It takes screw on freewheels from 16 tooth and up, with the freewheel sold separately.

Features
  • Rear wheel only. This is the rear on its own, so grab a matching front separately if you are doing both ends.
  • Composite nylon construction. Skyway has built the best composite nylon wheels in the industry for over 30 years, and this one is no different.
  • Precision sealed bearings. Sealed bearings keep grit out and keep the wheel rolling smoothly for longer.
  • 3/8 inch chromoly axle. A chromoly axle in the common 3/8 inch size, so it drops into dropouts cut for the smaller axle.
  • Takes 16t and up. Screw on freewheels from 16 tooth upward thread straight on, though the freewheel is sold separately.
