Description

The Barcelona is Subrosa's street sprocket, cut from 7075-T6 alloy and run at 8mm thick. That thickness is the whole point of it: a sprocket that spends its life near ledges and rails needs more material than a light race part.

It is aimed at riders who session hard and would rather not think about the drivetrain while they do it. Sold as a sprocket on its own, so keep your existing cranks and bolts unless they are due for replacement.

Features
  • 8mm thick alloy. There is a solid 8mm of material in the sprocket, so it stands up to the knocks that come with grinding.
  • Cut from 7075-T6. 7075-T6 is one of the harder aluminium alloys, chosen here so the teeth hold their shape under load.
  • Built as a street sprocket. Subrosa aimed the Barcelona at heavy street sessions rather than light use.
