Sun Envy-Lite Rim / Black / 20 x 1.75 / 36H

Description

The Envy-Lite was created to shave grams off a race bike. It keeps the double wall design but runs a narrower 25mm profile, which brings it in 60g under its bigger brother at 330g, so it suits 20 x 1.40 and 20 x 1.60 tyres.

It is drilled 36 hole with a Schrader valve hole, pinned with eyelets, and takes tyres from 20 x 1.40 inch up to 20 x 1.95 inch. It works as either a front or a rear, with a suggested rider weight limit of 80kg.

Features

330g on the scales. Sixty grams under its bigger brother, and that is weight off the rim where it costs you the most to spin up.
Narrow 25mm profile. The narrower rim is built around 20 x 1.40 and 20 x 1.60 tyres, the rubber a race bike tends to run.
Still double wall. Pinned double wall construction with eyelets, so the weight saving does not come straight out of the build.
Front or rear. One rim for either end of the bike, drilled 36 hole with a Schrader valve hole.
80kg rider limit. Sun suggest a rider weight limit of 80kg, so it is one for lighter riders and race duty rather than heavy use.
