Description

Aaron Ross is back with his signature Forecaster, built on a 100% chromoly frame with an integrated 1-1/8" head tube and removable brake hardware. The shorter 20.5" top tube makes it a good first bike for a rider who wants high end componentry in a smaller fit.

His signature parts are here too: Odyssey Keyboard 2 dual-compound grips and an Odyssey Aaron Ross Pivotal seat. Behind them sit 160mm three piece chromoly cranks, an Odyssey Clutch V2 freecoaster, Odyssey Springfield brakes and 2.4" Path Pro OEM tyres on Stage 1 rims.

Features
  • Short 20.5" top tube. A smaller front end suits shorter riders and anyone starting out, without giving up the full chromoly Forecaster frame.
  • Aaron Ross signature parts. Odyssey Keyboard 2 dual-compound grips and an Odyssey Aaron Ross Pivotal seat come fitted straight out of the box.
  • Odyssey Clutch V2 freecoaster. Roll backwards with the cranks staying still, so fakies and switch riding come easily as your skills build.
  • 160mm three piece chromoly cranks. Shorter cranks match the smaller frame, and three piece chromoly is the strongest way to build the drive side.
  • Removable brake hardware. The Odyssey Springfield U-brake and lever are fitted, and the mounts come off if you want a clean frame later.

Assembly information

Your bike ships mostly assembled in the box. Finishing it takes most people 10 to 20 minutes with basic tools, and the video above walks through every step.

  • Fit the handlebars and line them up with the front wheel
  • Fit the front wheel, pedals and seat post
  • Check the brakes and tyre pressure before the first ride

Tools: Allen key set and a 15mm, 17mm or 19mm spanner for the pedals and axle nuts (bikes can vary between these three sizes). A socket is needed if installing pegs.
