Description

The Tangent 31.8 Flat Iron Bars are built over-sized to increase the stiffness of the front end of your race rig. Being heat treated post welding and sporting a two piece, 13 butted construction and combined with a 16mm crossbar means that these bars are ready for any track you throw at them. Add the flat, but not too flat, 6 degree sweep is the sweet spot according to most pros.

Features

Oversized 31.8mm clamp. Built over sized to increase front end stiffness, so you need a stem with a 31.8mm clamp to run them.
Five rises, 7 to 9 inches. Choose 7", 7.5" or 8" rise at 28" wide, or 8.5" and 9" rise at 29" wide.
6 degree back, 2 up. Flat, but not too flat: 6° backsweep with 2° upsweep is the sweet spot according to most pros.
Heat treated after welding. Two piece, 13 butted construction is heat treated post welding, so these bars are ready for any track.
16mm crossbar. The 16mm crossbar ties the whole bar together and adds to the stiffness of your race rig.
