Description

The Tektro HD-M285R LH is a hydraulic disc brake kit that comes as a complete package: a post mount calliper, a left hand lever and a 1900mm hose, so you have everything you need to get one end of the bike stopping.

It runs Shimano type brake pads and mineral oil, so replacement pads are easy to find and you know which fluid to reach for at bleed time.

Features
  • Post mount calliper included. Bolts straight to post mount frames and forks, so there is no adaptor hunting before you can fit it.
  • Left hand lever. Set up with a left hand lever out of the box, the usual front brake position on most builds.
  • Long 1900mm hose. Plenty of hose to work with, so you can route it the way your frame wants rather than fighting it.
  • Takes Shimano type pads. It uses the common Shimano pad shape, so replacements are easy to track down when yours wear out.
  • Runs on mineral oil. Mineral oil is the fluid for this system, so keep that in mind when it comes time to bleed.
