A fresh take from Wethepeople, developed with direct input from the team, the Global takes the battle tested foundation of the Battleship and redefines it for riders who prefer a more stable all round setup.

A longer 13.5" chainstay and a super tall 12.2 bottom bracket add control and precision for heavy setups, high speed lines and bigger transitions, with the same hydroformed tubing and reinforced CNC machined dropouts as the Battleship.

About the Brand

Wethepeople BMX began making its mark on history almost 15 years ago. Designing the first rough drawings of their frames and forks around the same time as the world started to see BMX in a different light, a time when rails were first grinded and the possibility that riding the streets was in fact the true way forward. To achieve their aims, Wethepeople knows exactly how to deploy their strengths with an efficiency that is unmatched in the BMX industry.

Features

Longer 13.5" chainstays. The longer back end adds control and precision for heavy setups, high speed lines and bigger transitions.
Battleship foundation, all round geometry. Team designed on the Battleship platform for riders who want a more stable all round frame.
Hydroformed top and down tube. Butted Japanese seamless 4130 chromoly with an extra thick double butted down tube for strength and stiffness.
Dropouts shaped for pegs. Laser cut and CNC machined 6mm heat treated 4130 dropouts, in the right shape for pegs and hub guards.
Clearance for a 2.4" tyre. A wider rear triangle takes a 2.4" tyre, and the 74mm mid bottom bracket and 120mm head tube are drilled for gyro tabs.

Top Tube Length - 21

Frames are sized by top tube length. Start with your height, then let riding style decide where in the range you land.

The height bands overlap on purpose. If you land in two of them, riding style breaks the tie: longer for flow, trails and transitions, shorter for technical street and park. Plenty of riders, pros included, deliberately ride longer than a chart suggests.

How to measure

Top tube is measured from the centre of the seat tube to the centre of the head tube, so it is not the length of the tube you can see. Measure your current frame that way and compare.

Size up for stability through trails and transitions.
Size down if you want the bike quick and twitchy for spins and grinds.
Top tube is fixed once you buy, but chainstay length, stem length, fork offset and bar position all change how the built bike feels.
