About the Brand

Wethepeople BMX began making its mark on history almost 15 years ago. Designing the first rough drawings of their frames and forks around the same time as the world started to see BMX in a different light, a time when rails were first grinded and the possibility that riding the streets was in fact the true way forward. To achieve their aims, Wethepeople knows exactly how to deploy their strengths with an efficiency that is unmatched in the BMX industry.

Features

Built for 14mm thru axles. A closed 14mm dropout slot takes the new éclat thru axle hubs, giving a stronger axle and a stiffer wheel.
8mm thick investment cast dropouts. The closed slot means no more bent axles or pinched dropouts, and the wheel goes in and out easily.
Female axle hubs fit too. The same dropout accepts female axle hubs, so you can run the wheel you already have.
Battleship silhouette, street geometry. The hydroformed shape carries over with a 75.5° head tube angle and 11.7" bottom bracket height for responsive street riding.
Butted Japanese 4130 chromoly. Seamless butted tubing with a super thick 74mm Mid shell for grinding, and a lifetime guarantee behind it.

Frames are sized by top tube length. Start with your height, then let riding style decide where in the range you land.

The height bands overlap on purpose. If you land in two of them, riding style breaks the tie: longer for flow, trails and transitions, shorter for technical street and park. Plenty of riders, pros included, deliberately ride longer than a chart suggests.

How to measure

Top tube is measured from the centre of the seat tube to the centre of the head tube, so it is not the length of the tube you can see. Measure your current frame that way and compare.

Size up for stability through trails and transitions.
Size down if you want the bike quick and twitchy for spins and grinds.
Top tube is fixed once you buy, but chainstay length, stem length, fork offset and bar position all change how the built bike feels.
