What can be returned?

  • Products that are unused.
  • Products that are new and show no signs of wear to either the product or the packaging.
  • Products purchased at full price (non-sale items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items (i.e clearance/runout)

When do items need to be returned by?
Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item.

Where do items need to be returned to?
All returns must be sent to LUXBMX, 1 Burke Street, Woolloongabba QLD, 4102. 

How do I return items?
After you've filled out the returns form we will get in contact with you. Items must be packaged securely and well protected. Items damaged in transit back to us will not be exchanged. Please include your name and order reference number.

Packing materials?
All returned items must include original, undamaged packaging materials with the return.

Will I be charged for returns?
If the return reason is valid, we will cover the cost of returns. Valid reasons include: incorrectly supplied products and faulty products.

If you were wanting to swap over to an alternate size/colour in the same product (Clothing,Pads, Shoes) you will be liable for the shipping both ways.

Change of mind, wrong size ordered or simply "not liking" a product or colour is not covered by LUXBMX and you will need to pay for shipping both ways.

We do accept returns from orders shipped internationally. Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs, and all conditions above as to the state of the goods and packaging apply. Please contact us prior to sending back a return from outside Australia.

What next?
Once the return is received we will dispatch the replacement product or you will be given store credit to use online or in store. Your return will be processed within 2 business days of the item returnign to us.

In store return option?

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available on faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items. In other cases returns will be issued with either a replacement item or store credit which you can use at a later date.
