Spanish Bottom Brackets

Spanish bottom brackets use sealed bearings that press straight into a small shell, about 37mm, with no cups needed. They’re compact, light and low-profile, so you’ll find them on plenty of street and freestyle frames from the 2000s. They’re made mainly for 19mm cranks, with 22mm options available. Spacers are included so you can set your chainline and remove play.
