Description

The Demolition Vulcan is a U brake calliper set with 6061 aluminium arms, CNC machined to reduce weight. A sealed pivot bearing means there is no friction resistance through the arms, so the brake works cleanly every pull.

The low profile design gives added chain clearance, and the spring adjusters sit low for the same reason. It comes with Kool-Stop Supra 2 brake pads, a low profile spring and adjusting barrel, an aluminium cable hanger and a straddle cable. Weight is 167g.

  • CNC machined 6061 arms. The aluminium arms are machined to reduce weight, keeping the calliper light on the frame.
  • Sealed pivot bearings. A sealed bearing at the pivot means no friction resistance, so the arms move freely and return cleanly.
  • Low profile for clearance. The low profile design and spring adjusters stay out of the way, giving added chain clearance.
  • Kool-Stop Supra 2 pads. Brake pads are included, so you are not buying them separately to get the brake working.
  • Hanger and straddle included. An aluminium cable hanger and straddle cable come in the box along with the spring and adjusting barrel.
