Description

The Inspyre EVO-C range has really impressed us over the past few race seasons since we started to send these bikes out the shop door and onto race tracks around the country. How good are they? Good enough for our boy Steve Kellner to throw a stock standard EVO-C onto the top of an Aussie championship podium in 2026. The only change made was a set of HT T2 clips on the way to leading every lap in Shepp on the way to his second of two titles that week.

The C in the title refers to the carbon Pride fork that comes as standard on the EVO-C, with the pro sized bikes running a tapered 1.5 fork for a precise and stiff steering set up. Other upgrades over the standard EVO include the SD B-85 two piece cranks. This is a crankset that we highly rate here at the shop and spec them on a lot of our custom builds that we pump out of the LUX workshop.

Another reason why the EVO-C range of bikes have found a real following is due to Inspyre starting the range at the junior size giving these young riders an opportunity to jump on highly spec'd bike without having to spend (well, mum and dad spending) twice as much, and more, on a ground up build.

Based on a 6061-T6 aluminium hydroformed frame, the Inspyre EVO-C benefits from the combined knowledge and input from some of the best riders in the world the ride for the French brand. The geometry mimics that of their Concorde range of aluminium frames, while benefitting from components from Shimano and Forward to bring you a complete race bike ready to race all the way up to a national level, and beyond, on a rig straight from the Inspyre factory.

For the 2027 range of EVO-C bikes there is special paint scheme with matching Pride forks to lift the curb appeal level even further over the previous years bikes. Available from junior right through to pro cruiser, there's a bike in this line up for everyone.

Assembly information

Your bike ships mostly assembled in the box. Finishing it takes most people 10 to 20 minutes with basic tools, and the video above walks through every step.

  • Fit the handlebars and line them up with the front wheel
  • Fit the front wheel, pedals and seat post
  • Check the brakes and tyre pressure before the first ride

Tools: Allen key set and a 15mm, 17mm or 19mm spanner for the pedals and axle nuts (bikes can vary between these three sizes). A socket is needed if installing pegs.

Rather have it done? Ask us about extra assembly before you order, or any local bike shop can finish the build for a small fee.
