Description

The Magura MT4 Flat Mount Disc Brake Kit is elegant and slim, but with a powerful bite. Like most disc brakes, these have been developed for mountain bikes, though with its more compact design, it's perfectly suited for BMX race bikes and has a lever that can be used on the right or left side and comes with a 5 year Magura leakproof guarantee.

The 1-finger lever design is more compact than the larger 2-finger blade and is perfect for BMX racing

Features

Mounts front or rear. The flip-flop design lets you run it as a front or rear brake, and the lever works on the right or left side.
Not for Chase RSP mounts. It is an FM/IS flat mount brake, but it is not compatible with Chase RSP flat mount disc mounts.
One finger lever blade. More compact than a two finger blade and better suited to BMX racing, with reach adjust using a 3mm allen key.
Four piston calliper, 230 g. A slim aluminium calliper with four pistons gives a powerful bite, and the kit weighs 230 g.
Five year leakproof guarantee. Magura back it for 5 years, running Royal Blood brake medium with EBT and a banjo fitting.
