The only difference between the two is the weight savings.The Profile Mini Race Hub weighs only 8.1 oz (229grams) and features a low-flange design and 3-piece 3/8" axle with aluminum center that helps with the weight savings. Plus its made in the USA.

Fits 3/8 inch dropouts. A three piece 3/8 inch female axle with 17mm hex bolts as standard, so it suits race forks with 3/8 inch dropouts.
36 hole drilling. Standard 36 hole flanges lace up to any common BMX race rim with the spokes you already know.
229g on the scales. The low flange shell and aluminium axle centre bring it to 8.1 oz, and weight is the only difference from the full size Race hub.
Low flange design. The low flange shell is where the weight saving comes from, without changing the machining or the build quality.
