The Radio Helium frame has been out on track now for several years, with each year seeing the brand steadily improving this frame. For 2027 the colours and graphics have definitely taken on a clean look, with solid colourways and bold Radio decals on the down tube.

Technically, the frame is manufactured from industry trusted hydroformed 6061 alloy tubing, which produces a super lightweight race frame that is strong enough to take on the big tracks and high speeds they produce. Even the youngest racers need a frame that can take on 5m hill and everything that follows on from it.

The Radio Helium frame has proved over the past 5 races seasons that they can not only produce race wins, they are built to a standard where you can trust it with touches like a forged (read strong) dropout that can integrate Radio's disc mount. Or if you're running V-brakes, then Radio has you covered here as well. The dropout design on the Pro Radio frames has utilised the Sliding Dropout Disc System (SDDS) for 10 or 15mm axles (please advise us of your axle preference) 

With regards to the disc brake, the frame is designed for 140mm and 120mm rotors, but please check 120mm rotor fitment with us prior to building bike as fitment is based on your hub and brake calliper dimensions. We've built plenty of these frames to know the optimal set up.
