Description

Nathan Halahan is very good at riding little bikes on big piles of dirt, and the S&M Rambler is the frame built to give him the confidence to do it. Nate's signature version runs a 74.25° head tube angle and a slightly shorter rear end for riders who like that feel.

The frame is built from butted Thermal-X tubing with a 5 inch integrated head tube, a mid bottom bracket and an integrated seat clamp. Welded 990 mounts on the chainstay and 14mm 4Q-Baked dropout slots round it out, with no gyro tabs, all up at 2.45 kg.

The height bands overlap on purpose. If you land in two of them, riding style breaks the tie: longer for flow, trails and transitions, shorter for technical street and park. Plenty of riders, pros included, deliberately ride longer than a chart suggests.
