Description

The Simo II reinvents Simone Barraco's signature frame, blending the classic Simo and Noster heritage with modern upgrades: an ultra custom Subrosa seat stay bridge, chain adjusters, and new colours and decals picked and designed by Simone.

It is built around his preferred geometry, with a rear end that is not too short and not too long. A 13.5" chainstay and an 11.5" bottom bracket suit technical riding while holding stability for big sends, and four top tube sizes run from 20.6" to 21.5".

Integrated chain tensioners. Chain adjusters built into the 14mm dropouts keep the rear wheel exactly where you set it.
Investment cast brake bridge. A cast bridge and tapered seat stays back up the double butted 4130 chromoly main triangle.
Four top tube sizes. 20.6", 20.8", 21.15" and 21.5", so you can dial the fit in properly.

Frames are sized by top tube length. Start with your height, then let riding style decide where in the range you land.

The height bands overlap on purpose. If you land in two of them, riding style breaks the tie: longer for flow, trails and transitions, shorter for technical street and park. Plenty of riders, pros included, deliberately ride longer than a chart suggests.

How to measure

Top tube is measured from the centre of the seat tube to the centre of the head tube, so it is not the length of the tube you can see. Measure your current frame that way and compare.

Size up for stability through trails and transitions.
Size down if you want the bike quick and twitchy for spins and grinds.
Top tube is fixed once you buy, but chainstay length, stem length, fork offset and bar position all change how the built bike feels.
