Description

Tangent hit up their top Pros and Am racers to ask them what they thought were the ideal specs for a handlebar and this is what they came back with. A traditional, yet proven sweep of 6 degrees put these bars smack bang in the radar sights of any racer looking for a dependable CrMo race bar. The Tangent Flatiron62 bars are a two piece,13 butted constructed CrMo bar that are heat treated post weld, and have a 16mm crossbar to stiffen them up.

Features

Five rises, 7 to 9 inches. Pick from 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5 and 9.0 inch rise, so you can match the height you already run.
6 degrees back, 2 up. A traditional yet proven sweep, chosen by Tangent's top pro and am racers as the ideal spec for a race bar.
28 or 29 inches wide. The 7, 7.5 and 8 inch bars come 28 inches wide, and the 8.5 and 9.0 inch bars go out to 29 inches.
13 butted chromoly. Two piece, 13 butted CrMo construction that is heat treated after welding for a dependable race bar.
16mm crossbar. The crossbar stiffens the bar up so it holds its shape when you are pulling hard out of the gate.
