Always have a spare! These Vee 20 x 1.3/8 Inch tubes are a Schrader valve type (think car valve) and are suitable mostly for alloy rims as carbon rims in the 451mm size are nearly always drilled for a French valve.

Features

Sized 20 x 1.3/8 inch. Made for the skinny 20 x 1.3/8 inch race tyre size, so check the size printed on your tyre wall before ordering.
Schrader valve. Same valve as a car tyre, so any standard pump head or servo air hose will fill it.
Best on alloy rims. Suited mostly to alloy rims, since 451mm carbon rims are nearly always drilled for a French valve instead.
Worth keeping a spare. A spare tube in the bag is the difference between riding home and walking home.
