Recently the Wethepeople CRS 18 Bike has dazzled the BMX world with It's top of the line parts, features and epic geometry within the 18 inch range. We are stoked to see that it's back and better then ever! Salt Rookie Tubular Chromoly Three Piece Cranks, sealed bearings throughout the bike, strong parts like the Eclat Surge Pedals, Salt Fraction Rims, Salt Am 18 Fork, Salt Gateway Sprocket and loads more makes this a young shredders dream bike! If your kids are taking BMX seriously then they need a serious bike- the CRS 18.

About the Brand
Wethepeople BMX began making its mark on history almost 15 years ago. Designing the first rough drawings of their frames and forks around the same time as the world started to see BMX in a different light, a time when rails were first grinded and the possibility that riding the streets was in fact the true way forward. To achieve their aims, Wethepeople knows exactly how to deploy their strengths with an efficiency that is unmatched in the BMX industry.

  • A progression machine for 18 inch riders. Everything a young rider needs before moving up to a full size BMX, with no detail spared on the scaled down build.
  • Chromoly down tube, super short rear end. 4130 crmo down tube with 1020 hi-ten tubing, an 18" top tube, 75° head angle and a super short 11.65" chainstay.
  • Salt Rookie tubular chromoly cranks. 152mm 3-piece cranks on a lighter weight Spanish 19mm sealed bottom bracket, with a 25T steel Salt Gateway sprocket and Salt AM chain.
  • Sealed bearings throughout. Fully sealed Salt AM front hub and 9T cassette rear hub on a 14mm axle, plus a sealed Salt Pro internal headset, with Salt Fraction rims and Tracer 2.2" tyres.
  • Eclat Surge pedals and gyro-ready frame. Eclat Surge plastic pedals, Salt CRS 18 bars at 8" rise, a 45mm top load stem and holes for removable gyro tabs, all up 10.84 kg.

Assembly information

Your bike ships mostly assembled in the box. Finishing it takes most people 10 to 20 minutes with basic tools, and the video above walks through every step.

  • Fit the handlebars and line them up with the front wheel
  • Fit the front wheel, pedals and seat post
  • Check the brakes and tyre pressure before the first ride

Tools: Allen key set and a 15mm, 17mm or 19mm spanner for the pedals and axle nuts (bikes can vary between these three sizes). A socket is needed if installing pegs.
