For all the old school fans out there, here's one of the most unique bikes to roll out of the LUXLAB this year: Phil's custom Skyway TA 26 inch.

Phil has had a few bikes come through the workshop lately, and this one is the standout. It's a big wheel cruiser with full eighties attitude, built with modern parts so it rides as good as it looks. And yes, it wheelies hell mad.

Chrome, red and blue

The build starts with the Skyway 26 inch frame, forks and bars kit in chrome, finished with Skyway's USA made retro pad set in chrome, red and blue. You can't get much more classic than that.

Phil pulled the colours through the rest of the bike: blue S&M Hoder grips and a blue Dia-Comp seat clamp, plus an Odyssey Mexican Blanket seat that ties the whole thing together.

Built in the LUXLAB

The wheels were laced up in the workshop: red Fit 26 inch rims, red Profile Mini hubs front and rear, and stainless spokes, wrapped in Maxxis Holy Roller 2.4" tyres. Stopping is a Promax P-1 V-brake with a Salt Twin lever, and the drivetrain is Sunday Saker cranks with a polished Profile Imperial sprocket.
