The second day of the UCI World Cup in Brisbane saw the local Aussie racers get another crack at winning a UCI BMX SX World Cup. LUX race guy/photographer Bruce Morris was out their all day behind the Nikon to capture the action. 

A massive first day for the Aussies at the first round of the UCI World Cup in Brisbane with three local winners including our boy Izaac Kennedy taking his first ever WC win.

The UCI BMX World Cup rolled into our hometown of Brisbane in February 2024 and in typical late Queensland fashion, it was hot and sticky during Friday's practice sessions.

It was a big week of BMX racing here in in our home town of Brisbane prior to the Australian UCI BMX World Cups and our race guy/photographer Bruce Morris was on hand to capture all the fast moments.

New Zealand was the first stop for the 2024 UCI BMX World Cup season with 200 riders from across the world travelling to Rotorua to via for the glory of taking out the first World Cup of the year.

Friday is practice day for the UCI BMX World Cups and the day the riders feel out the track and find the fastest lines. It also gives the photographers a chance to find the best spots to shoot from.
