Founded in 1963, the iconic Skyway BMX brand is alive and well, enjoying decades of thriving business. Based in Redding, California, Skyway are the makers of the original 5 spoke Tuff Wheel. Although mainly producing mag wheels, Skyway also made frames and complete bikes for a brief period. Skyway had a great race team for many years. The company still produces a variety of products today.
