Pro Race Bikes

Pro BMX race bikes are defined by not only their top tube size, which is generally between 20.5 and less than 21 inches, but also by design traits like a tapered head tube allowing stronger tapered forks to be used, and larger diameter tubing throughout the frame. These attributes provide a stronger, stiffer platform for the bigger, more powerful rider.

A top level brand will scale the components accordingly on their range as well by spec'ing smaller bars and shorter cranks on the Pro 20.5-21 inch top tubed bikes.
